Your protocol sounds good. Just be sure to start at a low dose and gradually increase it daily. If the detox becomes too strong for you, you can cut back the dose, but don't stop for more than a few days.

If you're going to be taking the acidophilus at night, try doing an external peroxide treatment at that time. For example a peroxide bath, or direct skin application. However, because of your sinus infection, you should probably focus on doing the vaporizer method. I'm using a $12 Walgreens vaporizer (that I bought at the drugstore), but you can use any kind of vaporizer or humidifier. I leave it on overnight while I'm sleeping. Work up to 1 or 2 pints of 3% per gallon of water, but try starting with a smaller amount. You'll likely start coughing up lots of mucus and infectious matter.

Take the oral peroxide on an empty stomach, then follow with the charcoal 15-30 minutes later. Then eat a meal with fat in it (such as olive oil, cheese, etc). This will stimulate bile production and the charcoal will soak up the toxins your body expells in the bile (bile contains wastes filtered out from your liver.) By the way, the charcoal will also bind to the parasite herbs, probably making them ineffective if you take them at the same time.
