All these rising water/flooding dreams might be about our feelings and emotions welling up to the point of overflowing. Feeling overwhelmed by the tides within. (or feeling the tides of change internally first where it will manifest externally....I mean, if we're all having dreams of rising water! I've had a couple of them recently too)
