Yep, I got that also. I think that I told you that I was trying to quit smoking. Well my mentors had suggested to me to ask to feel teh emotions and release them then. And to also ask for teh core issue. Well I had asked, and received. lol I had teh core issue come out a couple of days later, and I released it, then a few other major ones during that week and the following week. Later on after being around a friend of mine who always made me nervous (this was two days later after teh first major release) I realized that when I smoked around him, that it wasn't because I was nervous around him anymore. Major wow!

A couple of days ago I was talking to my mentor about an up coming class I am taking from them this Labor Day weekend. Aug. 30th.
I was told by them that in order to reach my full potential, that if I didn't stop smoking, it would keep dimming my energy that I could hold, thus not helping anyone including myself. So last night I went up to the bar to visit with my friend, and realized that I was smoking because I was bored. A really minor thing. So I finished what was left of the pack (I had 4 left) and for an hour later, I had no cigs and was totally cool about it.

So I had bought one pack yesterday, and one today (which I highly regretted) versus my normal carton or three pack buying that I had been doing this past week.

I seriously think that the Universe is getting me to stop smoking before my class and initiation this weekend. I asked for help, and now it is coming. I am also feeling the pull from the energy from my upcoming class also so everything is getting alinged and ready. But the energy pull is helping me out quite a bit on stoping smoking. More than likely I will stop after this pack, if not one more. I feel it will be this one however. I'll let you know if I had to beat up my pillow or something tomorrow. lol
