I personally see the rising water as positive and the water itself as a positive energy flow but the world outside seems to be in chaos. Maybe a heightened sense of emotion? Almost like turning into a channel on a radio...as the water rises...the station comes in clearer....what was once fuzzy...is becoming clear.......
