feelings emotions...

Hi Rude!

Yeah, that was the part of the message that I received that I FELT, but couldn't quite put into words.

The feeling was that many people are feeling emotional AND upset these days...and that they're feeling this uncomfortable feeling for a reason...It's like we are being 'directed' to feel emotional and uncomfortable and even irritated in order that we can be emotionally re-aligned. It's like you're OPEN when you're releasing the emotion or irritation (you're closed if you keep it all inside and let it fester)....and when you're OPEN that's when your emotional centers can be re-aligned on a higher spiritual level.

It may not make logical sense...but that was the message! You've got to FEEL first, in order to transform and be re-aligned. And then you've just got to Trust that you are being shifted....I don't think you have to do much...but the fact that you're now aware of this is the most important thing...and, of course, if you've got a beautiful heart (which you do!)...it's just going to happen...
