Our best mechanism is raising consciousness to as high a vibration as we can. It's one massive attractor pattern they have been feeding. One higher conscious being can dissolve millions of lower consious being energy patterns. It works logarithmic in the quantum field as we rais consciousness. Acording many who study quantum physics/collective consiousness, we have passed a critical point in the 80's and we are now faced with a time that can raise it way higher, Of course their is caos in these shifts but remember due to duality consiousness (projected from ego) that the polarity is illusionary and is only necessary for the creation to experience itself.
