You say you have bloating of the stomach, too? I think the two main organs to pay attention to are - the Liver (the 'General' of the body -TCM- if it's not healthy the rest of you isn't going to be) and the intestines. You MUST read the following article, "Journey to the Center of the Colon" (bear with me all you others that have heard me say this before! ha!). I think you need a good Bowel Cleanse - oh yes I do!

With your intestines cleaned out and your liver it good shape - I think you'll notice big improvements to your health.

And...didn't you hear some of the stories?? NO olive oil was ingested and stones came out!! Or do you think those people were lying? I'm talking about the 2 stories I retold....hmmmmm....I guess we each have to 'see it to believe it'.
