Hey Ocean...a while back I read that Tuna won't have parasites because it swims too far out to get them (or something?) But it's possible that salmon has them.

I posted the article a while back. At least we can have tekka maki and negitoro! (ah, yes..but the knife and surface question arises again! hmmmmm....)
