Hello there
I too have quite a large Xanthelasma on my left eyelid, which seems to have grown tenfold in recent months, my GP has previously told me there is no treatment on the NHS .. I suffer with COPD and underwent Lung Volume Reduction Surgery 15 months ago and the Xanthelasma has appeared since then. So I would also like to hear from anyone who has the answer to getting rid of these horrid looking blemishes, as I have recenly started to wear an eye patch to cover mine up as it's too large to be hidden by my spectacles ..
