OK, so it's more about the form of the caffiene. There is one tea shop and I had looked in their brochure and that is the information that they give. I guess they are wrong. http://store.teavana.com/mateyerba.html
Their website says, "This herbal tea contains matteine, which is a natural stimulant similar to caffeine although without the jitteriness or addictive tendencies."

Anyway, thanks for clarifying. I only drink green tea, anyway.
