I can drink Yerba Mate tea, and not have the jitters and nervousness that I experience when I drink coffe.
Sometimes, I can even get the nervousness and jitters when I drink green tea, but never with Yerba Mate.
When the herb, Yerba Mate is used with little or no processing you get the stimulant effect of caffeine with the supportive plant/herb properties which probably help with the assimilation of the caffeine.
