nope.


It has less than coffee and green teas.
BUT there in lies the BIG difference!!
I would NOT take Yerba Mat'e myself because it has
the toxic form of caffiene.

As I have stated before,
non of the caffiene in green tea affects us in a toxic way.
It is a different means of the property utilised by the plant.

Simiarly note that stevia is a sweetener,
but so is refined sugar.
Case in point.
One is good,
one is very unhealthy and lowers immune system as well.

I definitely drink green tea myself,

I use the drops version, extract (link above)
and add just a feww dropd to a few drinks,
throughout the day (not dropperfuls as suggested)
so mine tends to last much longer and even tho taking a reduced dose,
I still get benefits overall.
