it is still a form of caffiene see? no matter how they word it.
it just does not have as much , and has plant by properties that make itnon jittery.
I agree better to drink green tea.
(and I do once in a while not regularly )
but one could get a completely caffeine free boost
from such things as I listed in my previos post,
at dragonherbs.com ,
even with ginsing teas etc.
I am glad to hear you drink green tea,
you know the best way right?
to get the benefits before they oxidise?
steep only 30 secs and drink immediately.
then reuse teabag and do again if you like.
it will be almost tasteless tea,
but you will get all the benefits.
it is one of the few teas that need to be taken
in this manner.
I know also that you know about not getting *decaffinated * products.
those are far more toxic than if the caffeine was left in, lol
the things folks do for money or marketing tools / promos are sad indeed.
I personally LOVE blueberry tea.
Amolo tea is great, has like 40 % vitamin c
rosehips and hibiscus is nice also .
you can get far cheaper herbs at
http://mountainroseherbs.com
go to bulk herbs when you get there and select herbs you want to make
your own tea with.
(there are better places to get green teas from btw (price wise)
I was referring to buying bulk herbs extracts etc in general.)
I boil water,turn heat off,
put my tea in the water, let steep ,
strain off herb as I pour into a cup.
My kids say my house could almost be a herb shop lol !
I have so many herbs here for a great many uses.
culinary , medicinal, spices, cosmetics
and for pleasure (drinking)
mountain rose herbs grows most of their herbs them selves,
and are certified organic.
they sell minimun 4
ounces at a time,
at a price often below marketed products.
I love the savings!
esp on such things as the culinary herbs like cinnamin etc.
they sell cinnamin sticks, 4 ozs!! for 2.25!:
I get powdered and also the sticks and grate it fresh myself
then grind it in my mortar pestle,
then put it in shaker.
Wow !! tastes nothing like store bought cinnamin!!
much more tasty! and far cheaper.
another great website is:
http://wildroots.com
for supplies for any reason at all,
and great bulk herb prices as well.
generally if one does not have what I am looking for,
the other one will.
Have a great week,
and keep on drinking !
(did you ever think you would say that to anyone?)
*TEA sing*
