i see many conclusions in your post, no references. thanks for sharing your opinions res, but that's all i see. and, no matter how you dodge, the lancet theory does not explain cases like my mother in law. akward for you yes, but, it is what it is. the exception proves the general rule incorrect. not very scientific to ignore such things.
