This is indeed someone who wants the women to cover as God has commanded them to do, but to blame it SOLELY on women and covering, thats a bit steep.
We are not supposed to hurt our neighbor, we have to clothe our neighbor,take care of each other! There are so many things we should be doing! And not doing to, like drugs, wrong treatment of others , worshipping only one God, etc. We also have to use common sense things like backbiting is a biggie. So many things come into play here. To blame it on women and covering ONLY and not bringing the things men do or business dealings or government sounds incomplete.

IN Islam if some tradgedy happens, we are to reflect on that, and see if it is indeed God's punishment?
I dont know. I know I have no problem in fearing God, because I always have since I was younger than 5 years old! I knew when I died I would meet my creator. So for me I can understand the Judge's thought.
I think its better to be this way than to get freaked out by zionist plots and fear your hated more than dirt and you are nothing to the powerhungry who just want your land and your religion destroyed....
