At the very least, I would try to see another dentist (one that you think you can trust) and ask about it. Has anyone told you to be gentle when brushing? These are all things that I didn't know before, including the proper way to brush if you can believe it. I haven't tried to find a bio dentist, I'm not even sure of what they are. I did just order Dr. Robert Nara's book and I'm looking forward to reading it. Have you read it? He's supposed to be the anti-dentist, dentist. In the mean time, I'll remember you in my prayers and check back in after my trip. Stay with it! Tweet
