Thank you for your comments. Some things I am doing like getting the sonicare and I just got this stuff called Tooth and Gums tonic that is supposed to be really good, but apparently I should have been using this starting right after the scaling and this will actually be about a month after because my dentist didn't tell me this part. I also asked about the Antibiotic chips and he said that he thought they were too expensive...in my head I'm thinking as compared to surgery???? I think I'm going to start with going to a different dentist, as well as continuing with the therapy. I've heard of Dr. Nara and I just ordered his book, I'll let you know how it goes.
