Hi Kingston,
I took your advice and joined this forum as well as the MC. Just wanted to let you know I also purchased The Hip Chicks Guide a few weeks ago and loved it. She has a great sense of humor and very motivating. BTW, did you have any problems with the lemonaide today? I thought it was very hot. I'm looking forward to going to sleep so I'll stop thinking about food.
