1.Did you excercise at all to lose such a large amount of weight?
I did light exercise-yoga and pilates every morning just for 30 minutes each. I alternated each one, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday was pilates and Tuesday and Thursday was yoga.

2.Can you give me the recipe for the MC?
-2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime) which equals 1/2 lemon (or limes) only use fresh lemons try to get organic

-2 tbsp grade B natural maple syrup

-1/10 tsp cayenne pepper-red pepper

-10 - 12 oz medium hot - or cold - water some find it easier to use hot water I personally like the cold better its a personal preference
Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day at least to help keep things moving

3.What juices did you have and how much did you drink?
If you go to view all Melis's messages, and read the message titled crischewy it gives examples of my juice fasting recipes and schedule.

I would do a week of raw food, than a week of juice fasting (or longer if you want) than do the MC. There are wonderful boards here for support of the two. One is the Juice Fasting one and the other is the Master Cleanse.
