Hi. I thought I'd add my thoughts. Although some would try and discourage you from this kind of diet I have to say, it is far better to eat this way, than the chaotic b/v of bulimia. I call it 'gentle eating' and it is a great way to get back in touch with yourself, and your appitite, brilliant at drawing a line under all the mayhem, and introducing a more normal eating pattern to the day. If you feel good about what's going into your body, you'll be less likely to want to vomit, and as your body is getting more nutrition, you are less likely to binge. I really recomend taking some spirulina, to get more of the nutrients that you need. After a while on a diet such as this, you could maybe start to introduce a few other foods that you feel happy eating, the thing is, take it slowly, at your own pace, try it, see how you get on and good luck!
