Re: I'm really glad you're here this a.m., Butterfly!
Thank you for your kind words, dear Butterfly.
That was my 'Dutch uncle' approach, I think. Sometimes a 'folksy' touch is effective.
The message, of course, is that you were born perfect, and valuable, as we all are, without the need to 'do' anything to 'deserve' love and care.
Too many 'belief systems' try to tell us differently.
Even here, on the CureZone, we can tend to accept protocols that aren't the best for us.
When I was young I found I occasionally had a stomach pain that came from a tight solar plexis, and felt like tight steel wires attached to the tail of my spine.
It was fear...pure, unadulterated fear. And it came from complete uncertainty...uncertainty that I shouldn't have had to deal with.
It may also have been a reflection of the fear felt by those who were 'guiding' me.
When we are young we believe, buy, what we are told. That's the way the human animal is made.
Later, we gain judgement, and can decide for ourselves what is true.
As I say, I was forty-six when I started to realize I had bought into a dead-end street, and mistaken people. Twenty-two years later, I'm still learning what I really believe is true. And, the changes in my health are amazing.
My body is teaching me, and it's a wonderful experience.
Take care of yourself, little one. Mind what your body is telling you. The brain is NOT in charge, it only thinks it is. The brain is only the noticer of possibilities, and those possibilities are endless.
You have a wonderful life ahead of you, Butterfly. Explore, keeping to your own standards and good sense! You'll love it!
My best,
