Less than a 1,000 calories a day, not hungry enough to put in anymore.. I try to have some ACV in the morning, and just finished my digestive enzymes.. when I eat, the food feels like it's just sitting in my stomach, even fruit. It takes about 2 hours or so for me to digest salads.
I've been trying to minimize the fat and dried fruit after your word of warning, and I've been substituting the barley and alfalfa instead.. I usually also have coconut water during the day, or if I can, fresh squeezed fruit juice.
I haven't been feeling hungry.. just nauseous. My roommates said I've lost more weight and are guessing I'm at about 95 pounds [which isn't bad for a height of 5 foot exactly, na?]
