I wish I knew how to help you, but I don't...although I send you energy and good wishes.

I wonder what, or who, got you into this extreme situation, and I suggest that you get sensible, kindly help, fast.

Above all, change your diet some, and do it slowly, a mouthful at a time, frequently, as you see how you react. Light homemade broths might be wise. Maybe a little bit of kelp, sometimes. A little bit of brown rice, or barley, may be good, maybe as a thin gruel.

There is no reason to 'purge'. If you can't stop, RUN to the best doctor you can find and ask for nursing care, the old-fashioned kind. You have the courage it takes to post here...now take the next step.

Pamper yourself with bed rest and short minutes in sunshine. Get fresh air, under trees. Exercise by stretching and flexing, even while lying down. Take a soothing bath. Create your own 'circle of warmth'. Say the words, out loud, even if you don't quite believe them yet. Your sub-conscious can't take a joke. :D

Play truly beautiful music...read a classic, uplifting book.

'Mother' yourself, or find people who know how to.

You are a beautiful person, just as you are. Trust that, and build on it. You are just at the beginning of your life. Many wonderful experiences are yet to come.

Soon, you'll look back at this age and smile at your development since. You won't recognize yourself, because you will have come so far.

Life is a developing adventure, you know. And this world needs your special, unique gifts.

So, take this 'time-out' from all cares, to find what is best for you.
