Re: You up yet, Butterfly?
Hon,
I don't think I can help you any more than I've posted here.
If you want to laugh; if you want to hear encouraging words; if you want to hear about the freedoms I've achieved by letting go of a 'serious' bent; I'm your gal.
I promise you that happiness is just a step away, but you are the one that has to take that step. None of the good people here, who all want very much to see you well, can take that step for you, as much as we wish we could.
You're a tough ol' broad...you'll make it...I know you can.
Somewhere in your thinking you're allowing some excuse to sabotage you. You're shooting yourself in the foot.
There is no sense to the stresses you are putting on yourself.
Focus on the beauty of wellness, not the ins and outs of being ill and troubled. You are too young for that. Besides, it's too expensive this way.
Lots and lots of people have had a bad start in life. But many hate where that can take them. So, they pick themselves up, dust themselves off, and start all over again.
Matter of fact, no one can tell WHO has had a bad start, once they re-invent themselves. Re-invented people look so ordinary, except for the twinkle in their eyes...and the spring in their step.
You are one smart cookie, Butterfly.
You know that the way you have managed yourself to date, makes you feel awful. So, do it differently. Get help, and get healthy.
You are gonna feel so good!
My best,
fledgling
