Re: Does anyone have any advice, please?
'Sounds to me like you've accomplished some seriously great healing :) I know that "paper stuff", although I've never been able to determine what it actually is or how/why the puss seems to transform into that as the healing progresses. (The allopathic theory is that it's dead cells that have given up their life for the fight, but that doesn't ring completely logical to me). Soon though, we're going to be getting a good microscope... both because I want one so I can learn to see/read/understand the critters and stuff in our bodies, AND because me or my hubby (or both) will be enrolling in a course to become certified gemologists (as soon as we can rustle together the time AND the money).
You can safely continue with the Echinacea until you feel you no longer need/want to continue taking it. Personally, I'd continue it 'till "the end", as enhancing your immune system to prevent any infection from occuring during/after a surgical procedure makes durn good sense to me...not to mention that I'm sure you want 'the end' to REALLY be THE END of this thing! Totally healed, gone, and forever forgotten :)
'Looking forward to hearing what the doc had to say or did. Let me know as soon as you have the time :)
