Re: To promote discussion

I might go off on a tangent here but, you see, one issue I have of researching of health conditions and dig through the vast amount of information (great information), is the information overload issue. Obviously there are conflicting methods and all you can hope for is to find a method (diet, cleansing protocol etc) combination that works for you. But even than, my biggest issue is that sometimes I'm so focused on the matter (conscious awareness) that I cease to know what my body is asking for (unconscious part). I could honestly go on a protocol that is raved by many people as the best thing for you, and I could go on it, and basically ignore any yells and screams from my body if that protocol was bad for me (I would even attribute a true problem of my body with that protocol to herxheimer effects, I wont know the difference).
That is why I absolutely enjoy being EAV tested. Having my accupuncture meridians tested with foods and supplements and anything and literally getting a physically present data point of my body's reaction to it is amazing. Our bodies send all this information non stop and being able to measure that output convinces me of what is good or bad for me.

I feel that trusting MSA/EAV measurements is trusting my body, for EAV measures my reaction (energy shifts). I was even more amazed that it was actually able to guess my favorite color, and even being able to tell that I was going through grief BEFORE I knew one of my friends have died (bone chilling fact).

Again all this information is stored as electromagnetic waves and our body is able to pick up on those patterns.
It also has stored wave patterns for numerous diets, and the diet that was best suited for me was the parasympathetic diet (fast oxidizer).
I tested this after being in vegetarian diet for a while, and as the doctor was searching through various supplements and things, this diet pops up as being beneficial - Like I said, I have hard tie to pick up my bodys response and needs due to infromation overload and am basing my judgement on these EAV measurements.

My vegetarian diet was a weird mix of raw vegan and Andreas suggested diet for VATA types. So it was mostly juicing veggies and fruits in the morning, and cooked vegetables, rice, and nuts and seeds as the bulk of my diet. (most grains have tested well on EAV, specially rice, wheat is trouble for me).
The problem at this point is I think I'm in a vicious cycle, and my weak digestion and possible dysbosis are a concern and a food diet at this point is feeding the problem, so maybe I need to step out and do a modified fast, and quickstart my digestion.
Thoughts?
Mike
