Re: red veins in eyes after eating

Hi lapsis
the only dairy I eat is raw kefir (which i feel has helped my digestion) the veins don't usually occur after eating it.
I din't eat cooked animal protein for about 6 months while doing various cleansing (felt to weak, lost to much weight to continue it). I now eat wild salmon, sardines and occasionaly organic chicken, eggs, beef or turkey. For years and years when I ate horrible (fast food etc) the red veins never appeared.
Now I notice black beans and brown rice made huge red veins appear (would that be a food allergy ?), I stopped eating that combo (brown rice is fine for me by itself)
Alkaline has been an extremely hard state to reach, even when I was eating mostly fruits and vegetables, taking supplements, I could not stay alkaline for me then a few days at a time. I'm trying to get there more aggresively know (juicing, more barley wheat grass, spirulina) I have anxiety issues and I know that can also make a ph acidic.
So a Bowel Cleanse (p&b shake) would be a smart thing to do? I'm hesitant because only for the last couple weeks have my bowel movements been consisntly 2 or 3 a day. I'm also hesitant about a Liver Flush (see my other post on this forum)
Thanks for the advice and the quick response.
