Re: red veins in eyes after eating

"Now I notice black beans and brown rice made huge red veins appear (would that be a food allergy ?), I stopped eating that combo (brown rice is fine for me by itself)"

Many people have trouble with beans and grains.

The answer to weight gain isn't more protein but more fruit. By continuing protein and grains alkalinity will not be reached.

Also cooked can create alkalinity as well. I am not big on p&b shakes. p refer digestive and systemic enzymes as well as using Okra Pesin E3 which effectively cleans the small intenstine. I prefer a magnesium oxygen approach for the large intenstine with a series of colonics.

There are poor ways to Liver Flush and there are great ways to. I prefer a combination of Andreas Moritz 's flush (substituting Epsom Salts for a less irritating form of magnesium) and incorporating Julia Chang's pre flush protocal.

I would also try a series of sitz baths.

Also try swapping the dairy for raw saurkraut.

Yes juice, juice, juice, especially things like cabbage juice (high levels of L glutamine).

Good luck breaking the feedback loop of autointoxication (animal protein serves that function).
