You sound very educated on the subject of Mercury poisoning. I was in the same position 6 months ago. I dedided that the composite fillings were not very safe since they contain aluminum. And anytime I eat food with sodium aluminum phosphate which is an additive to baking soda I feel very toxic and more depressed. So I decided to go with GOLD inlays, onlays for 18 fillings which I had for 45 years. The only thing I dont like about gold is it has electrical properties , if you chew on something like aluminum foil it will hurt, otherwise I DONT REGRET USING GOLD AT ALL. Yeah people will say its toxic too but I still think it was the best decision at the time.

I had mine done in NUevo, Progresso, Mexico, cost 1/4 us price or about 150 per filling, done in 2 sessions out, one last one to put it in. total 10 days, the american dentist wanted to take 2 months. No protocol, except activated charcoal, THough i would have used selenium if i had known about it.

I think gold is OK. Worth trying. I think the removal protocol is good if you can get it but not necessary. I would have all fillings removed at once and use DMSA immediately after, also take activated charcoal and selenium, NO VITAMIN C as it blocks novocaine.
I need one front cap with a nickel back to be removed because of geographic tongue problems. ANyone have dr . morales number. I am near Tijuana now not nuevo progresso.
