Re: I Chose Composite Fillings
Dear Tobi,
Three years ago, I had nine mercury-
amalgam fillings removed. My dentist
put composite resin fillings in their place. They've given me
absolutely no trouble.
Composite is a very hard plastic
resin, that contains silicon dioxide. Up until about 5 years ago,
composite fillings didn't last long
at all. But now they're good for
at least 7 years, and probably a
lot longer.
If I were you, I'd opt for white,
composite fillings.
As insurance, eat a spponful of
cilantro pesto every day. See my
post on this forum, maybe 2 months
ago, entitled "Heavy Metals Begone!
Eat Cilantro Every Day."
Between the new composite fillings
and the healing cilantro, Tobi,
I think you'll be fine.
Blessings,
Owen
