Those supplements sound good tho if you buy retail I could order them for you as I get at trade price (33% discount) from Biocare's products, and get them sent to your address, if you like? Definitely stay away from Sugar and wheat to help your adrenals, sometimes you can feel like you're going mad when alls it is it a particular food and blood Sugar problems. Getting tests done though can be reassuring :)
Interesting that you didnt' get anyting from the chi machine. I have a cold at the moment and think it was triggered by using it esp using it over the full moon. Feels like it's really doing me good even though I feel like *%#&¤?§*, as I haven't had a cold for years and feel like it's cleansing me! Still not sure whether to buy one or not as they're expensive but the company claim that cheap imitations can be harmful! Hmmmmm, is that hype or what! How did your friend benefit?
Good idea about getting a puppy....should be great fun!
Those tapes sound good though I haven't got a personal stereo, tho might buy one for Xmas as they're quite cheap!
