Hi! Im trying to add new grains to my diet, following the advice of a nutrionist!
She recommended I use quinoa, millet, buckwheat, and short grain brown rice.
Do ALL of these need soaking over night?
How much water should I use when soaking in ratio to the grain?
Can I mix the grains, have a little of each at a meal? Is it ok to eat them every day? I hope you dont mind me asking you all, but I think my nutritionist is getting annoyed with me asking her questions all the time!!
