yes, i used to watch friends every so often and i must have missed that episode:( my hairdresser didn't really specify any remedied for it other than the usual leave-in conditioners, etc. etc. maybe i will bring the subject up again the next time i go in for a trim and see what she has to say. thanks krissy!:)
