Firstly....we will start from the beginning.

Have you ever been on medication for your Acne because reading your post it appears Acne is what you are trying to clear up.

Shampoo.....is there Sodium lauryl sulphate in your shampoo.
Do you use shampoos that have silicone in them.
Have you got chemicals like colour etc in your hair or do you use straightening products.....or use straightening irons.
If you colour your hair....what product is it? a permanent or a semi permanent, and how often to you apply it or have it done by a salon.
What percentage of grey are you?
If going grey...how old are you? where are the most grey spots?

What are your finger nails like?
break easily
thin and tear
lines down the nail
or strong and hard.

If you can answer some of these then we can get started.
