may i ask what you are doing to address all you have listed. i have recently been switched from levoxyl (T4) to armour thyroid which is a mix of T3and T4. i didn't know the live converts t4 to t 3. this could be why the T4 nevr really worked for me. i have been on iot since i was 12 and i am now 32.
