Well if you are bound up with candida it can make you really constipated. Espcially if that is all the is coming out. As Jhan explained to me once, as the threads detach they can get tangled up with other clumps of candida and cause bad constipation trouble. Drink lots of water and keep doing those enemas. Not to be graphic or anything but I recently realized that if I lay on my back with my knees pulled up into my chest as I do the enema, the water goes up much further and really cleans me out. Also, try using wamr water. Warm to the touch not hot. Or try a laxative to get things moving. ot somehting you want to do all the time, but the heart burn could also be so bad because you are backed up. You can get everything working much better if you get your bowels working again.
