Re: Candida does not thrive in Acid!

Hi JV,

Carrot, celery, spinach leaves, turnip and a little broccoli. I like all of these veggies, but let me tell you, that was one nasty tasting drink! Since we don't absorb vitamins well I thought I would do this for awhile to try and help my body out some.

I would like to coninue but the severe die off was a little too rough. When I have really bad die off it hits me in my back really hard, my back will ache so much it literally feels like someone has my back in a vise and twisting it tighter and tighter. I probably drank a good 8 to 10 ounces, thought I would cut that in half next time and see if its not so rough.

I'm really riding the fence on this alkaline/acid theory on which way to believe. When that happened yesterday, it's really hard not to think that alkalining my body with the veggies was indeed killing yeast. If it was something other than that, help me understand.

Deb
