The cleansing salad works in a very similar way to the liver flush. But instead of doing it over an entire week-end, you do it every evening for 7 days minimum, ideally for a good 21 days.
Like the liver flush, the cleansing salad helps the bile out of the liver. So you might feel hungry after the salad... but you should not eat. If there is a lot of bile coming out, you will get green stools... it is a good sign as a lot of bile is hard on candida and it also means that the salad is working.
To see how well you are doing, look at your stool
tan: poorly (not enough bile in the digestive track... but rather normal with candida)
brown: great
greyish: there is something wrong.
You should eat the salad in the evening, alone ( I guess you could do it at other time of the day ). No other requirements. Usual lifestyle and the salad at night... if you want , you can also take some herbs good for liver, with meals three times a day (or the tea after meals).

I am happy that you consider this option, it is less drastic than the
Liver Flush ( I did 7 of them, but the day after was sometimes very miserable) and it also helps with bowel movement.
