hi, i'm glad you have written this message as i have put a message in this forum and was told to get my ph more alkaline, but still don't understand the theory behind it, if you are right can you please tell me how you would suggest killing the candida, other than diet which i have been trying and also tried capylic acid, but you suggest then taking acidophilus, i ave tried finding info on taking cider vinegar and lemons, to correct ph as these are alkaline?? have you any info on this please help, i'm so confused(i am a newby!!!)
