Hi Littlepaw. I dont think anyone meant to knock you down or give you pity. We are all in the same boat here - its just most of us have realised that the health benefits we get from a healthy balanced diet outweigh the negatives we feel from eating junk foods. To be honest once you have eaten healthy for a while you will no longer crave all that junk food or have any wish to put rubbish into your body. Its about wanting to care and nurture yourself. Unfortunately "willpower" is not sold in supplement form. Its something only you can do yourself. However the fact that you say when something stressful comes along you reach out for the junk food - well thats like what I did with all the alcohol. Its like a comfort thing. Forgive me if this sounds rude - I do not mean to be but maybe like I did - you have some psychological issues there too that can be councelled and worked through? Best of Luck Littlepaw
