Dr. Atkins says we should take supplements? I had not heard that before... and I am wondering if it is the "real Dr.Atkins" saying that?

That sounds silly, but Atkins' regime for diet changed a lot after he died. After he died, it was a marketing thing designed to get people buying food products again, instead of just eating whole foods, which is what he originally said to do. Food processors, value added economics pressures the product lines to show up.

Gee, sorry if this sounds confrontational, it wasn't my intention to do that.. I guess any discussion about Atkins will have some of that in it eh?
