I would like to add something. I have paged through the Atkins diet book, there are some good points to be made. My problem with that diet, and most other diets is the fact the person dieting dosn't get enough exercise. It takes more than eliminating carbs from one's diet to change the way the body looks. Dr. Atkins says in his book you must exercise to loose weight. Over 65% of americans are over weight, I'm going to bet alot of it has to do with a sedentary life style. I've also noticed plenty of thin to normal weight people who have very little muscle tone, and that is not good either. Everyone can benefit from plenty of daily exercise. That is one thing I think the CZ could advocate more of.
