I have pretty much cut out the alcohol. I don't think I will ever cut it out completely and I don't think that is necessary. I already quit for about 5 weeks and I plan to quit for another month or so. I have already noticed health improvements since I quit but I have used herbs and changed my diet as well.
I plan to do the Liver Flush in a week or so. Hopefully that will help me feel better.
As far as drinking goes I never plan to drink as much as I used to. I think its okay in moderation. I've learned from my past mistakes so I can change for the future now.
