one of the things that s.b states in his book is about how some people who juice actually have way too many calories and Sugar by not watching what they drink.
maybe thats what the carrot juice is doing to you?
also you can cut your calories on the lemonade by only using one spoon of maple syrup. (which is sugar/calories/carbs/vits)
try it that way. if you get too tired add the spoon back in every other lemonade or something like that.
