One More CRUCIAL Tip (if you haven’t heard already):
Stay clear of any/all sugar! It’s not a preference. It’s absolutely essential to getting above and beyond. For the longest time I just removed sweets and processed foods. But I still was struggling exponentially. So I had to come to terms with also, eliminating ALL my organic fruits alongside. That was so hard for me bc I’m a pretty healthy eater and do love berries, bananas etc
Apparently it wasn’t until I stopped my fruit intake that my symptoms began significantly reducing alongside.
I was weak thgh last night and told myself….’I’m just going to eat a few organic prunes…. I mean what can a few prunes do?’
What a mistake as all my symptoms have now revved up after being almost non existent the days prior.
So keep this in the forefront too
