Hi Loralie88, Have you tried Alphalfa baths?? That’s been a ENORMOUS help in reducing all the itching, purging biting etc I am still smack in the middle of trying to find a solid resolution. However, that’s been hands down, one of the best things I have done to eliminate the overbearing symptoms. I’ve tried a variety of healing baths. This concoction has been the best for me out of any: • Organic Alfalfa (bulk powder / suppliers on Amazon etc). I buy a 1Lb bag on Amazon by Microingredients) >> ADD 3-5 Tablespoons to Hot Bath • St Johns Wart Capsules >> ADD 2 (opened) Capsules into Bath Water • Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath *Flakes* (or you can use epsom or some Himalayan Rocks…..all for minerals content). Yet the *Flakes are BY FAR the most relaxing experience of them all (esply when under this level of continued stress -understandably). I personally buy the 8Lb bag of the Ancient Minerals Flakes online just bc you save a lot of money and these to me, are the most relaxing of all/any salts I’ve personally tried. To each their own thgh When I’m really struggling a lot with skin symptoms thats my cue to take a bath that night with the above. By the next days the symptoms are definitely kept more in check. And if I make a point of taking a Alfalfa + St Johns Wart bath 3-4xs per week theres a significant reduction in symptoms overall. FYI- Sometimes I will even consume some MMS1 drops internally just before getting in the bath. Just an extra punch to whatever these critters are. Important Tip: IF you struggle with face skin symptoms as I do it’s essential to soak your face, neck and even ears in the alfalfa periodically while soaking. They say soak in this bath recipe for a minimum of 20 min. I just bring my laptop in the bathroom and watch a good show or movie bc I get the most help w a 45-1hr soak AND with using 5 Heaping Tablespoons of Alfalfa (verses 2-3 like others state) I’m sure there’s other things you can put in there too. But the alfalfa and St. John’s wart are really the most important. Give this a try and see if this provides you the immediate relief youre so desperately in search of. All the best!
