Absolutely soak in Alfalfa Sprouts (buy in bulk / organic powder via Amazon etc). Thatís been a ENORMOUS help with symptoms.
Draw a hot bath (hotter the better)
Add 3-5 heaping teaspoons of Org Alfalfa Sprouts
Add 2 (opened capsules) of St Johns Wart 500mg
(St Johns not needed but many believe it UPS potentcy)
Then I add (for enjoyment and nutrition moreso)
1-2 cups of Magnesium Flakes (by Ancient Minerals)
And 1-2 hymalayan rocks.
The later really relaxes the entire body after enduring such stress from symptoms.
Always soak for a minimum of 20 min (preferably longer)
ALL parts of body (even if need to switch positions)
I donít soak my long hair in alfalfa. But I surely soak my entire face and neck in it for as long as very possible.
Try to do these baths a few times a week and your skin symptoms will drastically reduce.
Sometimes I will even take some MMS1 internally just before the bath
This works well and many alongside me have found the MMS1 helps brings these guys out more aggressively.
