I hope you have luck with the specialist. If you get an id let us know. I researched and the mansonella was the closest match to my symptoms. It responded to the ivermectin and tetracycline and fenben. I am clear now. I think I had it for years because I always felt crawly and itchy at night especially when warm. I had cystic Acne or what I thought was cystic acne. That didn't clear up with anything. Then I found out about demodex mites and cleansing with borax and peroxide.
