The truth is NANOPARTICLES ARE MASSIVE, HEAVY AND METALLIC.
So what happens to heavy metallic nanoparticles when they are in the stomach?

Here is a plausible explanation for you to chew on since you like the "truth":

Stomach Acid (Hydrochloric Acid) begins to dissolve the silver nanoparticles and convert them into a Silver Hydroxide, yes.... A CHEMICAL.

Because the nanoparticles differ in size (remember the electrolysis process makes nanoparticles from 2nm to 200nm).

Some of the larger particles get passed into the colon or urinary tract where they can stay lodged in and get layered with other minerals and grow larger, like kidney stones.

Aside from getting stuck in the kidneys and liver, the particles that get dissolved turned into a chemical compound and it may get absorbed into the body...humanly made chemical compounds.

Nanoparticles are NO Good, that is TRUTH.
