ah, the good old days when a quarter was worth diggin through shit for.

i have told my stories on this forum for those who are interested. nothing much has changed as far as i can see.

however, i have changed quite a bit about being dogmatic about things. too many times i have found my sound doctrines of health to be just another brand of dogma. the things i say now are much more studied, more carefully worded, and more true than ever.

ask me what im NOT saying here if youre interested.
